- Things are going great for Terri Bookman: she runs a successful dog bakery and pet accessories shop, is an animal rescue volunteer, and the owner of two easily excitable dogs. And she's just met handsome Carter Morris. Then the evil, dog-hating landlord of her shop hands her an eviction notice, prompting Terri to begin a campaign to save her store while her romance with Carter blossoms--but can their relationship last once Terri learns that Carter is involved with the very company evicting her from her store?
